A couple weeks back, Greg “the artist formerly known as Ghostcrawler” Street and Cory “the artist who is still Mumper” Stockton tweeted about a crowd-sourced effort to raise funds for cancer-stricken Blizzard programmer Ron Nakada. Recently, there have been some updates about the crowdfunding effort: namely, that they hit the initial $25k target, and that Nakada is doing “as well as can be expected for someone battling cancer” according to the fund organizer, inXile’s John Alvarado.

There’s still a few weeks left in the fundraiser, and all of the funds are being used to support Nakada’s ongoing treatment and his family’s expenses. Interested parties should look in at the Help Ron Beat Cancer crowdfunding site for more information.
