Make Your Own BlizzCon in the Comfort of Your Own Home – Win “BlizzCon in a Box”!

by - 10 years ago

EDIT: Due to shipping time constraints (making sure BlizzCon in a Box arrives to your door by BlizzCon) we can only allow these to be available for North America only 🙁

EDIT #2: Added a Hearthstone beta key to the grand winner

Want to go to BlizzCon but wasn’t fast enough to get tickets? Maybe travel was just too much out of your price range? Perhaps you have responsibilities at home to attend and couldn’t justify you and your spouse leaving the kids with a baby sitter for a few days?

Well, we have quite the deal for you and it’s what Blizzard is calling BlizzCon in a Box and they provided TEN of them to give out to our fans.

So what is BlizzCon in a Box? Well, it’s everything you need to start a special BlizzCon celebration in the safety of your own home. It comes with a BlizzCon Virtual Ticket ($39.99 value by itself) which will include all of the nice virtual items. The box also contains other items to make it feel like BlizzCon is happening in your home including temporary tattoos, thundersticks for cheering and annoying your neighbors, can koozies (for your favorite… beverages), stickers, buttons, papercraft, dice bags, and some of the awesome epic purple lanyards. The box will also include some awesome instructions for setting up your own BlizzCon Livestream Party.

I mean, look at all of this:

How to Win

Since it’s Hallow’s End, we’ve decided to make some awesome masks for you to wear. These were created by our talented BlizzPro Graphic Designer Heino Brand. Click each image to download the PDF of the mask:

  1. Print off the masks you want to use
  2. Cut the masks out and put them together
  3. Wear them!
  4. Get your friends, family, pets involved with this as we want to make sure these boxes go to people who are going to go crazy with these parties.
  5. Now take a picture of you, your friends, family, pets, etc. wearing these masks and email them to us!
  6. Make the subject of the title “BlizzCon in a Box Contest” and email it off to jrcook@blizzpro.com.
  7. Include an attachment of your photo.
  8. In a couple sentences in the email explain why you want the BlizzCon in a Box

Be creative. We will choose the most creative pictures with the best reasons behind wanting a BlizzCon in a Box to win. By entering the contest you will also be agreeing to letting us use the photos in a post showing off them off next week – so please keep that in mind.

We’re also going to pick what we feel is the best picture of all the pictures and that person will not only win a BlizzCon in a Box but also a Hearthstone Beta Key. How’s that for bringing BlizzCon into your own home?

This contest ends Saturday Oct. 26 11:59 AM CST. We will email the winners and they will need to respond to us with their addresses no later than Monday Oct. 28 11:59 AM CST with their mailing addresses so we can make sure you have your BlizzCon in a Box by the time BlizzCon begins!

Good luck and have fun!

Not going to lie. I’m going to be jealous if they don’t have dice bags at the convention. I’m in dire need of a new one.

Перевод конечно, ужасен. С удовольствием бы поработал переводчиком для Blizzard на форумах, раз у них такие проблемы с этим.
