GamesCom is happening right now and we are roughly 7 and a half hours away from the major Diablo announcement that will be happening.

It looks like the Diablo 3 expansion is all but confirmed if you were to look at the German Rating Board website for the event. Listed is D3 & D3C & D3XP. That means there will be 3 trailers – one for Diablo 3 itself, one for Diablo 3 for consoles, and one for the Diablo 3 expansion.

All signs point to the expansion being called Reaper of Souls due to this Blizzard website: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/reaper-of-souls/

The GamesCom announcement will be at 11:30 AM CEST. For those in the USA that comes out to 5:30 AM Eastern, 4:30 AM Central, 2:30 AM Pacific. As of right now it doesn’t appear there will be anything live streamed for the announcement but please check back tomorrow morning to BlizzPro as we’ll be sure to share all the latest details with you on the Diablo 3 expansion announcement.
